In condo buildings I can do the repair in your unit or in the lobby — just let the front desk know I am coming. For offices downtown, a meeting room or a quiet corner is all I need.
Because Fort Lauderdale is farther than the cities next to Sunrise, the per-mile house call is higher. I always confirm the full price before the visit, so there are no surprises.
